| Piccolo film spread (1986): This extremely short film is dedicated chronophotography what - as is well known, the prelude to the film. Is one of my films rather devoted to Muybridge (The Naked Killer, 1982), this one has been excavated from books and catalogs, ie from typographical ink. I tried it, in a sense, reviving inanimable photographer Duane Michals does has only ever three or four frames. I find older stroboscopic techniques, as well as other current flicker effects be very helpful here and there. I tried to play the movie Skladanowksy identified with Avedon; dirt, exactly between the filmmakers and creators of photography, contemporary or not. It is surprising to see Michals, advanced photographer, bearing a strong resemblance to such cinematic Londe, so-filmmakers. I hope at least that tells the story of their direct contact with each other if only surreptitiously author. | ||
